Parents needed for setup for this event setup. Especially Dads!

For this Friday's North/South game at ISU Memorial Stadium, we will be taking only 2 buses. This allows for only one chaperone to ride per bus. Box parents and pit parents need to be prepared to drive to Memorial Stadium if they are not a chaperone on the bus.

MAKE SURE YOU BRING EVERYTHING YOU NEED BEFORE SCHOOL TODAY!
THERE WILL BE NO TIME TO RUN HOME!
3:30pm Stay after school for Pizza

4:45pm Change Into Uniforms

5:30pm Depart for ISU Memorial Stadium

5:50pm Arrive/Unload/ Restrooms/Water

10:00pm-ish Arrive back at South
Make sure you have everything you need for Friday night when you arrive at school Friday morning. No one will have time to run home. Everyone needs to chip in $2 for the pizza and drinks.
Remember that food and drink are not allowed in uniform; only water. Please make sure your parents are aware of this -- they may not bring you food or drink in the stands.
We also do not allow friends and family to sit with us at the games. We are the band and we must look professional at all times. It's going to be a great week, so keep up the good work! DON'T FORGET YOUR SHOW SHIRTS AND BLACK SOCKS!!!!!!!

Saturday 8/28. Parents and Students signed up to work need to arrive 15 Minutes before their shift begins. Wear khaki pants or shorts. Shirts will be provided. |
